Summer Hours of Operation
Starting Monday, May 10th 2010 we will be switching to our summer hours. We are planning on seeing patients on Tuesday afternoon.
Since we'll be seeing pt by appointments only, please check our Online Appointment System for specific times & dates....
Starting Aug 23th we return to our regular school hours

To All NEW Incoming Students:
You will need to submit you immunization information via our online form. This information is only accepted via this form. (Please Do Not Send any Shot Records...)
Please Note: You are required to submit this information before the start of classes
Before you start this program you will need to have a valid email address and the following information
available to you... Your MMR Dates, or titer, etc... your Hepatitis B dates or
etc... and your Meningitis dates...
